Developing cancer can be prevented by adopting a healthy lifestyle and reducing risk factors. Following are some ways to prevent cancer –

don’t drink alcohol

Learn ways to reduce stress. Spend time with your friends and family, do a hobby, do yoga and meditation, participate in sports, and do other activities that calm the mind.
